It’s our go-to for salmon — just about 1 tablespoon per fillet, let it sit overnight, and cook as usual. The yuzu adds brightness, the miso gives depth, and it caramelizes beautifully.
It also works really well with:
• Chicken (especially grilled or in tacos)
• Black cod or Salmon
• Tofu
• Crudité and vegetable sticks
• Steamed rice
• Or even a little spread on warm bread with cheese
