Beyond Miso Soup! Cooking Class
Miso balls are not just for making miso soup! Let's learn how to make miso balls, how to use them in vegan cooking, and get blown away by the unusual uses of miso!
The class lasts about 90 min. including welcome drinks, a brief intro about miso, a cooking session followed by a sit-and-taste session with an "omiyage" of to-go miso balls (5pc./person).

From kimchi, to saurkraut, from kefir to kombucha, everyone's talking about the health benefits of fermented foods. Crafted Kitchen and Omiso invite you to join us for a special educational and interactive evening discussing the health benefits of the Japanese superfood, miso. We'll cover the different types of Japanese fermented foods, and hear from special guest speaker, Mr. Koichiro Kawasaki, Vice President of Marukawa Miso one of Japan's oldest and best known brewers of organic miso. To round out the experience, we'll sample several kinds of miso (including the inagural batch of Omiso miso), various Japanese finger foods and Hakkasan sake.
